Fresh, clean and creative, Executive Chef Gregory Llewellyn, showcases Likuliku’s cuisine with the finest local and international produce with an emphasis on local seafood, lush tropical fruits, premium product and the diversity of cultures that shape the South Pacific.
The hot tropical climate lends itself to simplicity, whilst our market positioning requires a unique, creative style and contemporary flair.
Dine in al fresco comfort in our signature restaurant Fijiana, with beautiful views over Likuliku Lagoon or in our stunning new concept dining restaurant Saluwaki, offering a curated menu of small-plate Asian tapas style delicaces. For something more casual, during the day, you can enjoy poolside dining with a selection of traditional Italian pizza from our wood-fired oven, fabulous burgers and a choice of delicious salad bowls – all with ingredients from our very own resort garden.
